Salon Policies

These policies are in place to ensure that the guest have a wonderful experience and our stylists are protected. To book an appointment you must agree to these terms and a credit card must be on file in order to enforce the policies if action must be taken. 

Plus one policy 

Given the relaxing nature and intimate spacing of our suite, we kindly ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. Children under the age of 16 how ever must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service. 

Late policy 

We understand that life happens, but please be mindful of arriving on time to your appointment. Anyone 15 minutes or more late to their appointment time will be charged 75% of the service and the service will be canceled unless otherwise discussed with the stylist. 

No show and cancellation policy 

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made in less than 24 hours or no shows (no show meaning does not call, text, or reach out in anyway to the stylist to let them know that you will not be coming to your appointment) will be charged 75% of service. If you cancel your appointment last minute 3 or more times in a 6 month period you will be blocked from booking. If you no show your appointment more than once you will be blocked from booking.
